Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your VEYLORA purchase.

If you would like to request a return, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order through our contact form

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
